Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Matador is a commercial real estate private equity firm that specializes in the ownership and operation of Class B and C industrial and flex assets. We strategically target properties along the dynamic I-35 corridor, spanning Texas and Oklahoma. Our dedicated team comprises professionals with unique skills and specialties, allowing us to cover a wide array of sectors in the commercial real estate industry. We take pride in our integrated approach as all of our operations, including accounting, investment management, property management, and investor relations, are expertly handled in-house. We operate by leveraging our expertise in acquisition, asset management, and capital structuring.
